There are several situations that allow you to change or recover the password of an Agent user in the PKUN Control mobile application.
Change initial password
Once you have applied for registration as a Control Agent with the administrator of the PARKUNLOAD platform in the city, you will receive a welcome email containing a one-time password, which must be changed the first time you log in to the PKUN Control App.
In the login screen you can access the "Forgot password?" option to receive a new password to the email address of the Agent's account, which can then be changed.
In the "Configuration" menu you can access the "Change password" option, where you must enter the current password and then the new password twice.
