Changing your smartphone

If you keep the same cell phone number and you are just changing the smartphone, you can sign in again as follows:

1. Download the Parkunload app on the new smartphone.
2. On the sign in screen enter your cell phone number and validate it with the code received by SMS.
3. If everything is correct, you will have access to the user account associated with the cell phone indicated.

Important: Please, note that you can only recover the user data if you keep the same cell phone number. Otherwise, it will be necessary to perform the user registration process again with the new cell phone number.

Changing mobile phone operator

Changing mobile operator while keeping the same cell phone number does not affect your user account in Parkunload.
