Error when registering the vehicle license plate
When registering a vehicle, it is essential to enter the license plate correctly, including all digits and letters, without spaces or hyphens. The license plate is requested twice for added security.
Important: A vehicle's license plate cannot be edited afterwards.
To correct an error when registering the license plate:
- Create a new vehicle with the correct license plate, including all digits and letters, without spaces or hyphens.
- Delete the vehicle with the incorrect license plate to avoid selecting it by mistake.
Keep in mind that tickets associated with a deleted vehicle are not removed; they remain available to check for possible license plate selection errors.
Error when selecting the vehicle to park
It is essential to select the correct vehicle that you actually parked. Otherwise, the ticket will be associated with a different vehicle and will not be valid for the correct vehicle.
To avoid errors when selecting a vehicle during parking:
- The selected vehicle is clearly shown at the top of all screens and above the "Start Parking" button.
- The vehicle's photo also appears on the active parking screen.
To correct an error when parking with the wrong vehicle:
- You can create or select the correct vehicle and start a new parking session in the same zone.
- Afterwards, end the parking session with the incorrect vehicle.
