The zone code is composed by letters and numbers that identifies it, for instance: PHL-001. The zone code is printed on the road sign(s) that delimit the smart parking zone.
The application allows to indicate the parking zone code in several ways:
- Automatic Bluetooth detection when approaching within 15 meters of the signal and pressing the "Detect zone" button.
- Select the zone on the map by clicking " Search zone on map" to indicate the zone code on a map centered on the current position of the mobile device.
- Enter zone code manually on the screen that automatically pops up if no nearby zone has been detected via Bluetooth. It is necessary to make sure that the Bluetooth and Location Services of the smartphone are activated. If not, they must be activated and repeat the process for automatic detection.

It is necessary to make sure that the Bluetooth and Location Services of the mobile phone are enabled and activated. If not, they must be activated and the automatic detection sequence should be repeated.
Important: It is essential to verify that the zone code corresponds to the code of the vertical sign that delimits the parking zone, as automatic detection is less reliable in zones very close by. Alternatively, the zone code can be entered manually or selected on the map.
After detecting, selecting or indicating the zone code, the app displays a screen with the conditions for the selected vehicle, as described in Parking conditions per zone.
